Scheduling, purchasing, or completing an installation through HOME STARLINK LLC is not required to receive a referral reward. Likewise, scheduling installation services with HOME STARLINK LLC does not automatically qualify any customer for a free month of Starlink service. INSTALLATION FEES, EQUIPMENT, AND TEMPORARY SET UP DISCLOSURE

The standard installation service fee of $150.00 covers basic installation labor only unless otherwise stated in writing. Applicable sales tax, permit fees (if required), travel charges, additional labor, specialty mounting, custom wiring, materials, equipment, and other project-specific costs are not included in the base installation fee and will be quoted separately when applicable.

Temporary Testing Setup

Customers may elect to use a Temporary Testing Setup prior to permanent installation.

The Temporary Testing Setup includes:

One (1) window pass-through connector.
One (1) temporary cable extension.
Equipment intended solely to allow the customer to activate and test Starlink service before any permanent installation or drilling is performed.

A $25.00 Temporary Setup Fee will be collected at the time of service.

The fee is fully refundable upon return of all temporary equipment in good, clean, and working condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Missing, damaged, altered, or non-functional equipment may result in the forfeiture of all or part of the refundable amount, as determined by HOME STARLINK LLC based upon the replacement cost of the equipment. Mounting Inspection and Customer-Supplied Hardware During the on-site mounting inspection, a HOME STARLINK LLC representative will evaluate the installation location and recommend the appropriate mounting bracket(s), adapters, hardware, or accessories needed for the customer's specific residence. Recommended mounting hardware is selected to best match the home's construction, roof type, exterior finish, color, architectural style, and installation requirements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, permanent mounting brackets, mounting hardware, specialty adapters, and related accessories are not included in the standard installation fee and are the responsibility of the homeowner to purchase. HOME STARLINK LLC may provide recommendations regarding compatible products but does not require customers to purchase mounting equipment from any specific retailer or manufacturer. Additional Charges: If additional materials, specialty equipment, extended cable runs, custom fabrication, electrical work, roof access equipment, or unforeseen installation requirements are discovered after the initial inspection, the customer will be informed of any additional costs before such work is performed. No additional billable work will be completed without the customer's approval. HOME STARLINK LLCis an independent installation company and does not manufacture, sell, or warrant Starlink equipment or accessories unless expressly stated in writing.

INDEPENDENT INSTALLATION SERVICES

HOME STARLINK LLC is an independent installation and consulting company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or acting on behalf of Starlink, Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX), or any of their affiliates. To provide timely service, HOME STARLINK LLC may assign or subcontract installation services to qualified independent contractors or third-party service providers. All subcontractors are selected at the discretion of HOME STARLINK based on availability, qualifications, and service requirements. While HOME STARLINK LLC endeavors to work only with qualified installation professionals, installation services are performed by independent contractors who are responsible for the work they perform and for maintaining any licenses, certifications, and insurance required by applicable law.

HOME STARLINK LLC is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from installation services, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. In the event property damage is alleged to have occurred during an installation performed by an independent contractor, HOME STARLINK LLC will reasonably assist the customer by facilitating communication with the contractor and cooperating in the claims process. However, HOME STARLINK LLC does not guarantee the outcome of any claim and is not the insurer or guarantor of any independent contractor's work. Customers are encouraged to inspect the work upon completion and promptly report any concerns. Any claims relating to installation services should be reported to HOME STARLINK LLC as soon as reasonably possible after the installation so that we may assist in coordinating a timely resolution.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from HOME STARLINK LLC ("HOME STARLINK"), the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms and Conditions, policies, disclosures, and notices published by HOME STARLINK LLC.

The Customer further acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Payment in Advance: All installation, consultation, inspection, travel, service, and related fees are due and payable prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing by HOME STARLINK LLC. 2. Customer-Purchased Mounting Equipment: The Customer understands that permanent mounting brackets, roof mounts, wall mounts, poles, adapters, hardware, and other installation accessories are not included in the standard installation fee unless specifically stated in writing. The Customer is solely responsible for purchasing all recommended mounting equipment prior to installation. 3. No Refund Policy: Fees paid for inspections, consultations, scheduling, travel, labor, and completed services are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by HOME STARLINK LLC. 4. Starlink Equipment and Service: The Customer understands that all Starlink equipment and internet service must be purchased directly through Starlink's official website. HOME STARLINK LLC does not sell Starlink internet service, activate Starlink accounts, process Starlink subscriptions, collect subscription payments, or administer Starlink customer accounts. 5. Independent Company: HOME STARLINK LLC is an independent installation and consulting company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or acting on behalf of Starlink, Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX), or any affiliated entity. 6. Separate Agreements: The Customer acknowledges that any agreement for Starlink equipment or internet service exists solely between the Customer and Starlink. HOME STARLINK LLC is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, the performance, availability, billing, warranties, service interruptions, equipment defects, or contractual obligations arising from the Customer's relationship with Starlink. 7. Customer Responsibility: The Customer represents that they have authority to authorize installation at the property, have obtained any necessary approvals, and understand that installation recommendations are based upon the information available at the time of inspection. 8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HOME STARLINK LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of internet service, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or delays resulting from weather, manufacturer issues, shipping delays, utility outages, Starlink service interruptions, acts of third parties, or events beyond HOME STARLINK LLC's reasonable control. 9. Third-Party Products and Services: HOME STARLINK LLC makes no warranty regarding products, equipment, software, hardware, or services manufactured or provided by third parties, including Starlink. Any manufacturer warranties remain solely with the applicable manufacturer. 10. Customer Inspection and Acceptance: Upon completion of installation, the Customer agrees to inspect the work performed. Unless written notice of a concern is provided within a reasonable period following completion, the installation shall be deemed accepted. 11. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with any written estimate, invoice, or signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and HOME STARLINK LLC regarding the services provided and supersede all prior oral or written communications relating to those services. 12. Updates to Terms: HOME STARLINK LLC reserves the right to modify or update its Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions will apply to future services or transactions after the updated Terms are published and will not retroactively modify completed agreements unless required by law or agreed to in writing by both parties. 13. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 14. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which HOME STARLINK LLC provides the services, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By submitting payment, scheduling service, electronically accepting these Terms, or permitting HOME STARLINK LLC to begin work, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that they are legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
